Comments:
1600,1200,800,400,400,200,200. 3:00 rest including a 400m jog after the 1600 and 1200, 3:00 rest with no jog after the 800, and 90 seconds rest for the rest of the workout. Wore flats for the 1600, 1200 and 800, and spikes for the 4s and 2s. The workout didn't end up being very hard. I should have either run faster in the longer segments or cut their rest down to 90 seconds. The only tough part of the workout was the brutal wind on the 2nd curve. I feel like Pechin Ave funnels all the wind towards that part of the track.
