Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Starting at race pace ~5:25 and getting a bit faster throughout. It was cold (about 32) and really windy on the track. Awful conditions. Anyway, I can't remember my splits exactly, but I went something like what's below...
I felt not so great in the beginning, but got into a good rhythm by the end, and it never felt very hard. Granted I wasn't running very fast, but with the limited recovery (100m jog) and crazy wind I think it was a good workout
