1.5M warm-up & cool-down

3 x (2x200m @Rpace (33) w/ 200m (1:05) jog recovery + 1M @Tpace (5:15) w/ 400m jog (2:20)). Splits were: 33, 34, 2:15.2, 33, 33, 2:14.5, 33, 33, 2:12.

Workout was tougher than expected. Probably due to tiredness from Tuesday and the rain and wind. Tried to not put out more than Tpace effort. maybe worked a little harder than normal Tpace but the conditions sucked and I wasn't close to Ipace effort. Overall, a good workout and I'm ready to relax and run easy for the next few days.
