Speed Workout on the Track

Today I was supposed to do a 400 time trial, but Eric and I had to stay late to work on a bio poster (which came out spectacularly terrible), so he barely managed to make it for the tt and I came late. I purposely took my time getting there so I wouldn't have to run it, I know what I'm capable of and I figure my time would be better spent with a speed workout. (On a side note, sort of a disappointing performance in the 400. Brian was the only one to break 60, and there were a couple 70s in the mix. They might have been faster if I were there to show them how to pace the 400, but jesus when I was a freshman I'd run 63s en route to an 800)

Luckily Mr. Paul decided to just have me run some 200s. 6x2 (with equal jogs) isn't really a great early season workout (I'd prefer 4s), but it's still miles ahead of a 400 time trial for me, so that was a relief. He said to try to average 32s, which I managed to do with a bit of difficulty near the end (it's been awhile since my last speed workout though so I'm not surprised). Didn't get to stretch at the end but I ran a decent cooldown that included a lincoln farms and back.
