Comments:
Entry 250. 8x400 with a 60 second recovery with Zeke at American university. I was fairly consistent, but flat, and my form felt awful. I could've worked harder, no doubt about it. At the 200m mark on the last one, Billy said, "Kick, what are you doing?" No question could have been so apt. We were 72-3 range, running a 71 for the first and I a 74 for the fifth. This was mentally difficult, but I have tried very hard to keep my composure during workouts, something which I was unable to do last year.
