ran 30 min, shins hurt again, wtf?
just a chilled day in the weightroom to change up the mindset a bit and recover. did some bullshit abs and calf raises, just 25lb plate on, 5x60s. screwed around on the bench press, maxed an embarrasing 175lbs.
dinner is such a goddamn chore. its pretty much chasing down some dry ass chicken with water for like an hour.
picked up some MP Bulletproof from the Vitamin Shoppe to further assist with sleep and recovery. vitamin shoppe is legit. prices are right on par with the cheapest you'll find online, unlike GNC. the employees dont bullshit you with lies from up their asses.
calves are sore, hamstrings are sore, quads are sore, glutes are sore, abs are sore, chest is sore, lower back is sore, upper back is sore, lats are sore traps and shoulders are about to become sore, biceps are sore, triceps are sore.
