Comments:
workout on gilman track with dave. kind of a flop, but i've been especially tired from school/mileage this week. happy to get through it though. 4x1.5 miles at 8:00, 8:05, 8:15, ~8:20. fell off a bit after i started cramping. again, most of right leg hurting a lot more than left, think all these problems might be originating in the hips/groin, including the tendonitis from this winter.
