Comments:
late evening run with liz in the BFEC trails which have a lot of roots and stones, didn't even see it coming but got up and kept going. ive done it before and gomez knows it! think he questions my balance and coordination:) nice change of scenery. really enjoyed the cook out afterwards with some teammates at Sherry's house.
