Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Raced the Steeple again at our first home meet. The weather was perfect! But I felt a little tired before the start of my race. Did a lot of warm ups and drills. During the race I just tried to run 92's for the first mile, then race the last 3 laps.
I hurdled a lot better this race, but the water pit was pretty bad. I couldn't jump very far, so I always spalshed. Lost a lot of time there.
Ran the same time that I ran on Spring Break. I'm happy I could run consistent, but I'm bummed that I couldn't run faster.
I know that if I just practice water jumps some more, then I will run a lot faster. Praying for a PR at Big South, and perhaps I'll even place. :)
