Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This run was high quality--suspiciously so after a race. I'd even venture to say that the final section was a tempo; but this was not a punitive day of training. I really did feel good, and I had the opportunity to conquer a hill of which I'd been living in fear for quite a while now--Nelly Custis Drive. I did a few sets of pushups as I felt that was all that would be necessary given the rumors of a workout tomorrow.
