Well, I remembered to use the stopwatch function on my iPod today, so I know the time is good. However, I doubt I have the distance right. I mean am I really running slower than an 8-minute mile when I'm trying to run hard and I know that I can hold it at a 6:15 pace for 20 minutes on a treadmill? Sounds fishy...

Had to dig kind of deep to keep the pace today due to still being full from lunch (I was planning on lifting this afternoon). Digging deep on a full stomach can be a bad mix.

Edit: According to http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/ I'm off by a bit more than a half mile..Fixed now.
