track work at Jordan with Romel. did workout all alone bc romel doing 400s @ mile pace.
300s in 45 w/ 2:30 recovery. went 45, 46, 46, 46, 46, 46 really frustrating to be a second off every time. need the speed soon, i can feel it there just gotta fine tune it.
