treadmill progression

Comments:
woke up early and drove to UVA and toured. then drove to VT to spend night and got hit by freak snowstorm so ran in hotel fitness center. took a while for treadmill to get up to speed..then did gradual progression bringing down pace by 10sec or so every mile and then more often over last 1.5mi, maxed out treadmill at about 5:30 pace. solid run
