Comments:
I could definitely tell I hadn't ran since Wednesday. 400 hurdles and 2 mile tomorrow. Basically training for steeple in the 400 and the 2 mile will be pacing people to under 11 unless someone from Owego makes the race go faster. If so it will be good to run a fast race. If not it's a good workout.
8x100 rolling and hurdle practice after.
