Comments:
really warm today, not expecting it but dealt rather well. did warm up and pickups. then 4x200 @ 800 pace w/ 200 jog (aiming for 29) went 30, 29, 29, 29. 3:30 rest then 2x1000 @ threshold w/ 3min rest (aiming for 3:12ish) went 3:10, 3:08. then 4x200 @ 800 pace w/ 200 jog (aiming for 29) went 29, 29, 29, 28. then cooldown and diagonals. overall good workout, felt strong and relaxed with the speed and the work in the middle, although overworked a little there.
