Comments:
10 x 90 seconds with 2 min rest. Went as hard as possible for all 90 seconds. Almost drowned a couple of times. Had a five minute break and then did 3 x 60 with 60 seconds rest, mostly just to see if I could push myself to do it. I could barely. Seriously was hardly able to move. It felt good. Just getting real anxious to run. Don't wanna go through this again at all- stepped really hard on my foot today and felt like I was going to puke. PLEASE GOD LET ME GET THROUGH THIS THO
