Comments:
I am not going to pretend I had a good workout today. After all the shouting and celebrating and patting on the back, I realized that I did not live up to any expectations, and didn't hit a single target time for the 800 (2:24), 600 (1:48), and 400 (66). The recovery was the length of the interval you had just completed and we took a lap between the 8, 6, 4, 2 and the surprise 4x400, which I took rather calmly, I suppose. This was classic--I wasn't close to anyone, and last every single time. At least in the 400s there was a shred of consistency.
