um....wheres my shit?

Felt my lunch in my stomach on the warm up. it was unpleasant but it went away. workout was 2x200, 2x1000, 3x2x200. the 1000s were ok. shins were fine. it was warm out. hit approx 3:10 for both, real windy. the 200s were tough lol. i felt constricted by my shirt after about 3 200s and felt a lot more liberated when i got rid of it for the next 3 intervals. probably hit 31-32s. they were tougher than i thought. got through it though.

i thought my spikes and everythign were at veale the whole time but ethan brought it to the track and didnt tell anyone. got back to veale and couldnt find my shit, turns out they were at the track. it had my NO-Xplode and everything. didnt wanna start my lift without it so i had to wait like 30min til coach brought it back. the product label says "Once you train with it, you'll never train without it." thought that was bullshit at first but damn its so true. i refused to start the lift without a hit of xplode. so i was a little annoyed at the start of the lift. brought my anger out on the dumbbells. those 70lb bitches aint shit. eat 'em for breakfast.

aimed for 4x8 w/ 70lbs. first 3 sets went fine. after about 4-5 reps on the 4th set, david stepped infront of me and made me wanna laugh. sort of lost my train of motion there so drew spotted me for the next 3 reps or so. I'd say next week i wanna go for 3x8 with 75lbs.

Did flys next to keep/maintain the pump in my chest. 4x8 w/ 27.5lbs. next week 3x8 w/ 30lbs.

seated chest press. aimed for 4x8 w/ 55lb each side. this proved too much on the triceps, especially the left side. got the first 2 sets down. 3rd set was a dropset from 55 to 45 w/ 5-3 reps. fourth set was just 45lbs straight. next week do curls before this and aim for 4x8 w/ 55lbs.

Curls w/ 65lbs. 4x8. pretty much got it, just needed some rest pauses on the 3rd and 4th set. 90s rest. 5th set a dropset to 45lbs, 4-8 reps. next week aim for the same, go for 2 dropsets

combined 3 exercises to a triset superset/ mini circuit to save time. holy shit. rest started w/ 60s the first set, then 75s, 90s, 2min. 15 pushups, 10x20lb high cable flys, then reverse curls w/ 10x50lb. 4 sets. got the heart rate through the roof. saw some stars. wanted to collapse.

seated hammer curls. first 3 sets were just like 25lb-20lb drop sets for 10 reps. then 4th set was 3 drops down to 15lbs. go for 4x10 w/ as many reps of 25lbs as i can next week.


dinner friggin sucked, it was the worst. i was dreading it walking over from veale. the chicken was like straight from hell. wasnt even hungry cuz of the EAS protein but had to stuff food down. hot sauce.. chase it down w/ chocolate milk to assist with the calorie count. probably the worst ever. i was exhausted already from the lift but simultaneously really jittery from the caffeine. strangest sensation every. had to breathe deep to calm the fuck down. shit. towards the end i wanted to just fling a table across the room. ended up sneaking a bowl of chicken and rice home to eat later. theres gotta be a better way to do this
