Comments:
Met beforehand with JK to discuss what to do with the remaining Mercury money.

Bumped into NS and CB at the locker room; both are doing fine.

10' warm-up on the bike
3 X Goblet Squats (70lbs), weighted pull-ups (25lbs), hamstringers (30lbs)
No core but instead I did 3 X 15 of the two new excercies perscribed to me by JL, my new physio, in order to help get over "Runner's Knee."
Cooled down by going for a walk with Benson for about 50'. Saw KB's new baby! Also bumped into JM, who is home now with a new job.

AND got to see KB and PB's new baby again. This time, I got to hold her.
