1.75 warmup&strides. 2x1600: 6:17, 6:10. Realized after the first one i needed to pick it up. 5 minute rest between each. Then 3x1000...through the 800s: 3:00,3:00, 2:59 (3:45 rest in between each). Dead after, legs were tired throughout the workout. 2 mile cool down
