Comments:
Nice weather when you're sitting outside means hot weather when you're running. Unfortunately.
After a good steeple practice, I joined the guys from the long run. They started Stonehenge at an absurd, 6'15" - 6'30" pace. I felt myself slowing down behind them, and reverted to a pace that was normal for me - however, I felt like I was running horribly, because compared to their pace I actually was. I turned onto the Big Run loop instead of Stonehenge, and completed it for 6 miles. Then I caught my breath and ran 2 fast miles on the indoor track to make 8.
