after work, still a little soar but overall much better. I think i may but up for some more soccer this weekned. i have also decided to sort of explore the cleveland heights/shaker area on my runs because i realized that i always run the same route and i want to change it up a bit every once in a while. plus i really don't know how far any of these routes are so i am just timing them pretty much based on 8n minute pace. not really sure how fast i am running either though, i think that it is probably somewhere around there. a little faster some days and a little slower other days.
