First meet

I came into the meet and just didn't want to run at all really. The 400 hurdles were ok. I haven't hurdled since before costa rica so I imagine it'll be better for saturday. The 2 mile I knew we were just breaking 11 minutes and it wasn't a race but I wasn't looking forward to it. It turned out to be really fun I ran 5:28 for both miles to even split the race. It didn't hurt at all during the race and felt like threshold. I finished 5th behind Tom Sam Parrish and John. I'm looking forward to this weekend. It should be fun.
