2M warm-up, 1M cool-down
workout was 2-3x(2x200m@Rpace (33) w/ 200m jog + 800m@Rpace (66) w/ 800m jog + 300m@Fpace (61) w/ 800m jog). I almost did 2 sets. Went (33,33,2:18(68,70),45,33,33,67,47). I did a 400 instead of an 800 on the 2nd set. I was totally spent and was dying to bring home a 67, so I would have run 75+ on the second lap if I had done it. Overall, it was good but I am still sick and it's hurting me. I have no energy and deep, quick breathes were burning right away.
