4 extra miles, always a good call

Comments:
Started off by running 6ish with Vaughn, Andrea, and Colleen. Really relaxed pace, legs felt great. Felt like I could have kept running forever...so I did. Ran an extra 4 miles to make it my long run for the week. Rather convenient. Definitely picked up the pace some...too bad my watch has been broken for the past few days and I can't time anything. Oh well.
