Easy run then cruise intervals

Comments:
The run was fine. I had to stop early because I had to poop pretty bad. 2 cruise interval 800's after. The first one I got slowed down because of the modified kids who don't understand that when people are running you shouldn't be in lane 1. Ran a bit of a cooldown and then did steeple practice.
