Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First meet. Had a 400, a nice PR with a 54.4 hand timed. Then ran the 2 mile, won my first ever race. We went out in 5:28 like Cartwright told us, then went and caught Parrish who ran ahead (he shouldn't have because we told him what we were doing and such) and then finished in 10:36 (5:08 and we being Sam and I). Probably the best two mile I've ever ran haha. And then a 4x4 were I ran like garbage. But i don't care about that. Yeah cool stuff. First race I've liked running in almost a year. (11 months to the day)
