Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt ok today but legs were a little heavy. A few times, I would get a shot of pain in my left hip/groin when I pushed hard of my left leg. After testing it out after i noted I felt then pain when I tried to kick my right leg high. I think its just tightness in the hip flexor, so I need to roll a lot.
