Exercise Type: Run

Weather: great weather, minimal wind

Comments:
1.5M warm-up and cool-down
2 sets of (1200m@Tpace(78) w/ 1 min rest + 2x400m@Rpace (66) w/ 400m jog + 2x200m@Fpace (31) w/400m jog). Splits for the 2 sets were:(3:54.9, 66.9, 66.6, 31.4, 31.2) (3:53.3, 65.3, 65.2, 30.2, 30). Felt really good. Tpace was harder than it should have been but I felt good on the 400's and 200's. Leg speed is there. I just need to be able to stitch a race of 66 sec quaters together. More importantly might be having the ability to finish with a 60. Which I think I can do.
