Comments:
2 mile warmup&strides...4x(3x300) 100 jog inbetween 300s, 5 minute jog inbetween sets. Legs were tight during the warm up still from Tuesdays workout, felt fine the first sets, then were hurting by the last set. 2 mile cool down
Through the 200s:
