Great day and a good workout to boot. We did 4x2, 2x4, 4x2 at mile pace. We ended up being a bit slow all around (compared to my mile pace, at least), although our second 2 was WAY slow at 42 because we got distracted. Overall I was just happy to be doing an endurance workout for once. Warmup and cooldowns were both short cardillos.
