Comments:
We ran to the end of woods and turned around, did telephone poles to the woodlands entrance, and then reverted back to normal pace for the rest. I definitely feel a bit sluggish, I'm probably still recovering from Tuesday's workout. We've also got a preseason scrimmage-esque meet on Tuesday that I'm looking forward to. I'll probably be on the sprint medley (I imagine I'll be running the 800 leg, where I'd want to run pretty well), so I think I'll either run an open 4 or 1600. Don't really want to bother with the open 8 until I know I can throw down a PR.
