Comments:
This was a good workout - not too intense before All-Ohio. My legs really felt fine, and hit satisfying times throughout. Later that night, I returned to the KAC and did an hour of core / weightlifting after I had recovered for a few hours. This week could have stressed me out a lot, but little things like staying calm during workouts and letting off steam in the weight room has kept me in good spirits throughout.
