Comments:
Turned on the tunziez and did 1 lap around the park. Stopped at the track and ran :15 barefoot. Could tell the body finally realized, "Hey we're running 50mi's in a few days!"

Was nice to really tone it down though. Did x4 strides and some light drillZ.
