Strength Session

April 11, 2013 (Night)

Exercise Type: Elliptical

Weather: Field House

Comments:
15' warm-up on the Elliptical, exams are in swing so the Field House had less people. Most were younger kids.
Then I did my strengh session, adding more weight
3 set of Goblet Squats (75 lbs), weighted pull-ups (25 lbs), hamstringers (35 lbs)
Then my phsio exercises, 3 sets of 15 of each
then 15' cool down on the Elliptical
and added some core!

A solid workout before radial shockwave therapy tomorrow. After which, I'll have to take 48 hrs off. I plan to eat well, do some core, and get some regular life things completed.
