Nice Easy Workout

Comments:
Today we had 8x300 w/400J at R pace, which sounded really easy, and Etters made it easier by giving all the guys who were doing a 5k this weekend only 6. We started out with the 4x200 at R, which ended up being 30-34 because some guys can't pace well. The 300s felt like a breeze, I was at the front of all of them after running in lane 2/3 on the turns. Goal pace was 48, but that was way too slow. ended up going 46-44-45-45-45-44 with no real trouble at all, we made the rest 500 so we were starting at the same place. Should be good to go this weekend. Hopefully 14:40s or better is in the cards.
