Weather: cloudy, muggy

Comments:
First timed mile this morning, after a warm-up mile. It was very hard (notice I happened to exclude mention of the exact time?) so I'm glad I did it haha, it means i needed it. The last five miles went by quickly because I wasn't having to worry about time. Longest day so far.
