I wasn't nervous leading up to this or even the night before. But the seconds before AL actually started the machine up were tense. However, the anticipation was worse than the procedure itself. It wasn't painful but just slightly uncomfortable. More so, when he'd work over the area over the bone.

It's very tempting to touch the area where he applied the therapy now but I was strongly advised not to. Hopefully, I will have the will power to refrain.

I am to rest for 48 hours.
