Comments:
Did Cafe with an add on to make it about 9. Tried to focus on running more efficiently with my stride because I noticed my left heel kept "swiping" the ground. It was weird but when I made my frame feel more "compact" and lowered my head I felt faster. My 200s afterwards were 32, 29, and 28(high).
