run 5, bike 20min. way out felt awfulllllllll. felt instantly better the moment we turned around at the halfway mark. funny how things work like that.

took the entire packet of Dymatize Xpand 2x sample after running and before the 20min bike. by the time i finihsed biking i was bouncing off the walls with enthusiasm. stimulants make a world of difference. i saw drew stretching and i wanted to yell LETS DO THIS SHIITTTTTT
got to the weight room. picked up the 45lb DBs, did 1x8, 1x10, 1x8. then did a dropset of something.
i did so many extra sets this workout cuz i was so fucking amped up. felt the activation in the front delt so much better than previous times.
lateral raises. did like 1x10 w/ 25lb, had trouble with form, so dropped down to 22.5 to maintain better form. did 3x10 w/ 22.5. then 3x12 w/ 20lbs. 2x NOS of 22.5, 20, 15, 10, and on the second NOS set added in some 5lb plates. burned the living shit out of my side delts. it was so awesome. got an incredible pump going in the arms. hell, even my biceps were pumped for no goddaamn reason.
Rear delts 3x12 w/ 22.5lb, cables at 10lb superset. got the rear delts burning nicely.
traps. idk if i felt it as well this time as tuesday. front trap raises got way too hard. so i scrapped that.
military press superset with front delt raises. 60lbs 3x10, 35lb plate 2x10, 1x10w/ 25.
preworkout supps def make a world of difference. i was ready to tear shit up today which was completely different from the mindset i had on wednesday when i was so lackluster
