Day 2: SB Creek Loop

Yesterday after my run I decided to set a 10 day goal. I have some races I want to do in a month or two and I want to get in good shape for them. But I've found that goals that far off don't motivate me. My goal over the next 10 days is to run 50 miles, not taking a day off. Before yesterday, I hadn't run in a week. To stay in shape for climbing and to feel strong, I'm also going to do at least 500 push ups, 125 chin ups, and 125 pull ups. I honestly think the running side of this goal is going to be the hardest, especially if its cold, rainy, or snowing. Doing 30 push ups in a set is pretty easy for me, as is 10-15 pull ups/chin ups. I haven't done any core work in a while, but I kinda want to wait another week before starting that up again, considering my upper body with be sore enough at times over the next few days. Boyd, if you're reading this: do you have any advice on working shoulders without any weights? I don't have dumbbells.
