Steeple Workout!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did 6x800, hurdling every other set, one lap. Had 2 mins. rest. Then we did 2x100 on the grass.

My right ankle hurt a little bit through out the work out, but it got less noticeable.

Afterward I did some practice water jumps in the sand pit. I really focused on my form. Feeling a lot more confident.
I also did a few regular jumps. I'm really getting pumped for conference. Something big might happen! :)
