Comments:
Mrs. Coppage invited me - her granddaughter has autism and so I ran for "Rissa's Runners." It was fun. Heather was there and Allie ran it too. I ran the first half in 10:40 and second half started feeling competitive and ran 9:20 ish. 20:04 - counting it as a tempo run. New record - 5th workout in one week.
