Cross-Training Feels Good Sometimes

Weather: Sunny and warm, fairly breezy

Comments:
We had a decent tailwind going into town, so we went pretty fast-between 23 and 25 mph-most of the way. I was able to ride a lot closer to my fitness level for once. In all, we went 33 miles. I'm not putting it in the distance box because I don't want it added to my weekly running total.
