Comments:
Really slow 105 minutes at Bucknell, about 14 miles. Got in a couple miles just jogging around the meet, then did White Man in 75 minutes and added on with town. I didn't feel too beat up from yesterday, I just didn't feel like going fast. All my runs have been super slow this week.
