Comments:
Drove to Peirce Mill and met Nutters, Gnome and Slim Kravitz for a steady run around Rock Creek Park... mostly Western Ridge, Valley trail and Comanche trail. Hills up to Western Ridge were tiring, but the pace stayed pretty controlled.
