Indoor running + some slingshots

Comments:
It was rainy and cold outside, so we stayed inside and did 30 minutes of running, with 6 slingshots in the middle for turnover. Felt slow. I signed up for both the 1600 and 400 for Tuesday's meet with the assumption that I'll scratch one. I'm leaning toward the 400 but the 1600 would probably be a better choice from a training perspective. I'll also be running an 800 in the 1600 sprint medley so I'll need to have energy left for that. After the 1600 I could probably pull off a 2:08 or maybe 2:07 with competition, since there's a lot of time to rest. I have no idea how I'd run after a 400. We'll see how I feel on Monday...
