Comments:
Both 61 splits for on the 400 for the 500, the first 4 was really bad (67) and the second was bad, but better (64). Breathing wasnt the best today. Improved on the 300s and kinda picked the workout back up and ran 47, 46. On the 200s I was 29, 28. It's not like I felt good at the end of the workout and like I had a lot left...I just gutted out those 2's because I really wanted to get as much speed out of this workout as possible. Not the best workout today, but almost nothing resembling the worst.
