tri meet #2

Comments:
I foot got punctured pretty bad at the very begining of the mile. It ripped open my spike and also got me in a couple of spots on the ankle. It hurt pretty bad and it hurt to put pressure on my foot during the mile and 800. Neither of those races I really built up lactic acid. I was just limping which is comforting in a way... sort of. The foot was a bit better in the 2 mile but I just thresholded it. So I didn't feel lactic acid in any of the 3 races but it hurt to put pressure on my foot. It resulted in some slower times, but I don't think today was really an accurate showing of my running ability given the circumstances.
