Interesting day. 1.5 bagels with pb, honey, and banana. Stopped drinking 1+ hours before race, peed before race, and still had to pee at mile 7.5.

1:50:00 at half, which seemed ok, but significantly slower second half. Walked several times for 30s, needed a rest in the wheelchair at finish. Seeing stars, might have overhydrated?

Overall conditions, the ordeal getting to the start, the crowds, changing weather, were all factors. Couldn't get a rhythm, and used a lot of energy early. Ran an extra .25 miles due to swerving around.

Salty stuff helped recovery.

Oh yeah, and there was a terrorist attack while I was in the finish chute.
